Women in Internet Governance is a movement dedicated to increasing the participation and representation of women in shaping the future of the internet.
It aims to address the gender gap in digital spaces by empowering women to actively engage in internet governance discussions, policy development, and digital rights advocacy. The initiative seeks to create an inclusive and diverse environment where women can contribute to decisions on issues such as cybersecurity, privacy, data governance, and the digital economy.
Through networking, mentorship, and capacity-building, the movement fosters opportunities for women to influence the policies that define the global digital landscape.
