within the technical department of the National Society of Computer Development (SNDI), a governmental institution under the Primature, where she was one of only two women in the department. Just two years later, she was promoted to the position of Technical Support Officer on the government’s digital transformation project, e-GOV, which deepened her understanding of the critical role internet governance plays in national development. In 2017, Eva broadened her scope beyond technical roles by joining the "Women & ICT" Association of Côte d’Ivoire, where she focused on empowering women and girls through digital inclusion. Her active involvement in the organization has enabled her to organize and contribute to numerous workshops, forums, training sessions, and mentoring initiatives designed to foster female leadership in technology. Eva became a member of the Internet Society on February 21, 2018, taking full advantage of their training programs in both English and French. In May of that same year, she represented her association and country at the African Regional Women's Innovation Competition in Cairo, Egypt, where her team won the 2018 Code Africa Hackathon Award, marking the beginning of her close engagement with the global internet governance community. In August 2018, she was selected as a fellow of the Training for Internet Governance Trainers (FFGI2018) program and later received a scholarship to speak at the International Conference of Young Francophones in Geneva, where she shared insights on the financial inclusion of youth through digital opportunities. Eva's leadership was further demonstrated when she and her team presented a project to the Foundation Jeunesse Numérique (FJN) aimed at digitally and financially empowering women farmers by creating a platform to manage production and connect with wholesalers. This project was recognized as one of Côte d’Ivoire’s top 20 innovative women-led initiatives and received funding and mentorship from the Ministry of ICT. Her commitment to advancing gender equality and technology has also led to her appointment as a technical member of the HeForShe MAG under UN Women Côte d'Ivoire, and she was honored with the Ministry of Women's Award of Excellence for her leadership and dedication. Eva has represented Côte d'Ivoire at several prestigious international forums on internet governance and gender.Eva is deeply committed to training and mentoring young women in technology and is passionate about revitalizing the Ivorian internet governance ecosystem. Her vision is to foster active participation from all stakeholders and create a more inclusive and empowered digital society in Côte d'Ivoire.
